Privacy Policy

DesiAcres Real Estate Advisory Pvt. Ltd., trading as DesiAcres Advisory Group, runs desiacres.com and its products, including AlphaDesk360, DesiPropVERSE, AlphaDesk Maps and the Commercial Exchange. We decide how your personal data is used here, so we are the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What you give us.

• Name, mobile number and email when you sign up, post a requirement, book a visit or ask us to call.
• What you tell us you need: budget, area, company, property details.
• Partners: organisation details, listings and any documents you upload.

What happens automatically.

• Anonymous page use: pages viewed, scrolls and taps, with no text you type, names or contact details. You can opt out in the footer, and we honour Do Not Track.
• Technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type.
• Your location, only if you allow it in your browser, to centre a map or check a place.

Payments. Razorpay handles card, UPI and bank details. We receive the payment status and reference, not your card or bank details.

Several tools work only in your browser: the AlphaX assistant, your shortlist, comparisons, saved analyses, Development Studio projects, LiDAR and thermal survey files you read in the Studio, and documents read by the on-device scanner. We don't receive these unless you send them to us, for example by asking for a paid report or sharing a link. Voice input uses your browser's speech service, which may send audio to its provider.

• To answer you and provide what you asked for, including advisory, reports and paid plans.
• To match your requirement with properties, and introduce you to a partner if you agreed.
• To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and meet legal duties.
• To improve the site from anonymous use.
• To send updates you asked for. You can stop these any time.

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only as needed:

• Property partners, only with your consent. Partners see a summary of your need first, and your contact details only if you agreed and an advisor shares them.
• Service providers: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments), and WhatsApp when you choose to message us there.
• Map and data services: when you use a map or search a place, your browser contacts these directly, and they see your IP address and the area you are viewing: OpenStreetMap Nominatim and Photon (place search), OpenFreeMap (map tiles), Esri (imagery), Google Maps Platform (routes and 3D views, where switched on) Open-Meteo (weather and air quality), and Microsoft Planetary Computer (satellite heat readings in the Development Studio).
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We keep enquiries and accounts while we are working with you and for a reasonable period after, and financial records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. When we no longer need your data, we delete or anonymise it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

You can ask us to:

• show what personal data we hold about you and who we shared it with;
• correct, complete or erase it;
• withdraw consent you gave, which stops further use based on it;
• nominate someone to act for you if you can't.

Write to support@desiacres.com. If you aren't satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Connections are encrypted, access to data is limited by role and enforced in the database, payment secrets stay on the server, and partner data is kept separate by organisation. No system is perfectly secure, so we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires if a breach affects you.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your choices. We don't use it to follow you across other sites. Clearing your browser data removes it. Google Analytics runs only where it has been switched on, and the opt-out in the footer also stops our own measurement.

Our services are for adults making property decisions. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

AlphaDesk Maps is built with data from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. Our maps also use imagery from Esri and its providers, and map tiles from OpenFreeMap and OpenMapTiles. Full notices are in our Terms.
