Questions buyers ask
Can I inspect an under-construction flat?
We inspect a home once it's built: ready, resale, or at handover. With Keys & Beyond, the handover inspection happens whenever possession does, and the plan stays open until then.
Do I need to be there?
No. You're welcome to join; otherwise we video-call you from the flat for the important parts and send the full photo report within 48 hours.
Will the builder let you in?
Usually, yes. For a home you've booked or are buying, we coordinate the visit with the builder or seller. If access is refused on the day, we reschedule at no cost.
Who is my relationship manager?
A named DesiAcres advisor, introduced within 24 hours of booking, who stays the same person from shortlist to six months after registration.
What isn't included?
Government fees and stamp duty, your lawyer's title opinion, structural engineering tests that need breaking or drilling, tenant sourcing, and travel outside our Bengaluru service area. We tell you any extra cost before it happens.
