Every kind of purchase goes wrong differently
A plot needs revenue records; a new flat needs the land deal behind the builder; an NRI needs a power of attorney done right. Pick yours.

Questions buyers ask
My bank already checks the title. Why pay for this?
The bank's lawyer checks enough to protect the loan, not your ownership. Our opinion is written for you, flags what to fix before you pay, and covers the agreement clauses a bank never reads.
Who actually gives the legal opinion?
An enrolled Bengaluru property advocate on our panel. Your DesiAcres advisor coordinates the work and explains the opinion in plain words.
How long does it take?
About 7 working days once we have the papers. Records that have to be applied for at a government office can take longer; we tell you on day one.
What isn't included?
Stamp duty, registration fees, certified-copy and EC fees (paid at actuals), court cases, and disputes that need a litigation lawyer. If we find a problem that needs one, we tell you and quote it separately.
What if the title turns out bad?
Then the opinion has done its job — you'll know before paying, with the exact reason. Many issues can be fixed by the seller; some mean walking away.
DesiAcres coordinates legal work; legal opinions are given by enrolled advocates on our panel. Nothing on this page is legal advice for your specific property.
